Role OverviewThe Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator will investigate complaints of discrimination and bullying, including equal employment opportunity, Americans with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment complaints, and potential Standards of Conduct breaches. The incumbent will receive, investigate, and recommend corrective action to charging parties' supervisor, coordinate administrative processes, and maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will have ownership of cases from start to finish, support the office in workflow, templates, SOPs, and updating policy/directive when necessary, draft memos, and prepare communications on the OFPI Executive's behalf.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
- Five years of administrative staff or professional work
- Experience conducting Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), civil rights, workplace misconduct, and other administrative investigations and writing legally defensible investigative reports
- Experience interpreting and applying federal and state EEO laws, regulations, employment policies, and standards of proof
