Job Description
The Equine Facilitator is responsible for leading or assisting with assigned Equine programming, caring for horses, and maintaining ranch facilities. The role requires extensive horse handling experience, ability to partner with horses at liberty, and expertise in equine body language and communication.

  • Ability to lead or assist with small group discussions
  • Skilled and comfortable with public speaking
  • Ability to create a safe physical and emotional space
  • Willing and able to work weekends and holidays
  • CPR/First Aid certified preferred
