Job Description
The Equine Facilitator role is responsible for leading or assisting with assigned Equine programming, caring for horses, and maintaining an excellent equine facility. This role requires extensive horse handling experience, ability to work with horses at liberty, and public speaking skills. The successful candidate will be able to create a safe physical and emotional space for guest and horse interactions.

Requirements

  • Extensive horse handling experience
  • Ability to work with horses at liberty
  • Public speaking skills
  • Ability to create a safe physical and emotional space for guest and horse interactions
  • Able to lift, push and pull 100 lbs. on a daily basis
  • Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions
  • CPR/First Aid certified
