Job Description
The Equine Facilitator role is responsible for leading or assisting with Equine programming, caring for horses, and maintaining an excellent equine facility at Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa.

Requirements

  • Extensive horse handling experience
  • Expert knowledge of equine body language, calming signals, communication, and safety
  • Able to partner with horses at liberty
  • Public speaking skills
  • Ability to create a safe physical and emotional space
  • Lift, push, and pull 100 lbs. on a daily basis
  • Work in all kinds of weather conditions
  • CPR/First Aid certified preferred
