Role OverviewThe Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for the leadership, financial performance, and operational effectiveness of Branch Civil's equipment maintenance organization. This role provides leadership and oversight of shop operations, preventive maintenance programs, work order management processes, maintenance budgeting, outside repair activities, vendor performance, and shop personnel development.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership and oversight for daily shop operations, establish and sustain daily operating rhythms, establish and reinforce consistent operating standards, monitor shop performance, and support operational planning.

Requirements
- Bachelors' degree or 6-8 years of related experience in the equipment environment
- Knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
- 3-5 years in a supervisory position
- Strong communication skills; both oral and written
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations as they pertain to equipment operations
