Job Description
The Maintenance Tech II, Laundry ensures the Laundry Facility is operating at maximum capacity through the execution of all major and minor repairs and all preventive maintenance while assisting the Maintenance Engineer in maintaining the laundry equipment and premises.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of laundry mechanical systems
  • Troubleshooting malfunctioning laundry equipment
  • Reading and understanding equipment manuals and schematics
  • Experience with basic mechanics
  • Experience with electrical wiring and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with various types of internal and external customers
  • High degree of maturity, good judgment, responsibility, and initiative
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
