Role OverviewJoin our Public Works team and help keep our streets clean, safe, and looking their best. This is an outdoor, field-based position that involves operating equipment in various weather conditions and lifting materials as needed.
What You Will Do
Operate and maintain a street sweeper safely and efficiently. Assist with street, drainage, and stormwater maintenance projects. Support debris removal and roadway cleanup. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Follow all safety procedures and municipal regulations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–4 years of equipment operating experience, preferably in public works or construction
- CDL required or ability to obtain
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
