Job Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking an energetic and passionate Equipment Operator 4 for the Division of Forestry, headquartered at Maumee State Forest. The successful candidate will operate heavy motorized equipment to complete construction and maintenance functions, lead workers, and maintain/repair forest roads, trails, and buildings.

Requirements

  • Class A Commercial Driver's License with no restrictions
  • 6 months training or experience in operation of heavy construction equipment
  • Valid commercial driver's license
  • Basic Firefighter Introduction to Fire Behavior Course (S-130/S-190) for positions in Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry Wildfire Program
