Role Overview

The Equipment Operator Apprentice will assist various crews, including Sign Maintenance and R.O.W. (traffic counts and pavement markings), in operating equipment for street and alley reconstruction. The role involves operating various trucks, performing routine preventative maintenance, and assisting with tasks such as shoveling, hammering, and picking.

What You Will Do

The Equipment Operator Apprentice will operate various trucks, haul materials, use hand tools and equipment, perform routine preventative maintenance, and assist with tasks such as responding to service calls, installing and maintaining pavement markings, and setting up cones and barricades.

Why It Might Be a Fit
