Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment General Foreman to oversee the maintenance, operation, and management of plow equipment on our construction or infrastructure projects.
What You Will Do
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of plow equipment and related machinery on-site, ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment, and manage equipment scheduling and allocation.

Requirements
- At least three years of experience in plow in a leadership or supervisory role
- OSHA 30 or more and a comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to solar installations
- Ability to identify and resolve installation issues effectively, making sound decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and prioritize installation projects efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of installations
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
