Equipment Specialist, Adult Acute Care

Requirements

• Maintains a list of current inventory of available equipment necessary to run the unit/specialty.
• Coordinates with Unit Secretaries to order equipment and supplies approved by department leadership.
• Responsible for keeping equipment areas neat and orderly in order to permit the accurate tracking of equipment and the identification and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains in-depth working knowledge of systems required for unit operations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
