Role OverviewThe Equipment Technical Trainer will develop, coordinate, schedule, update and maintain branch and/or regional/district training programs, calendars, records and personnel for all CASE Industrial related training. This position is hybrid.
What You Will Do
The Equipment Technical Trainer will perform job duties in accordance with EquipmentShare's vision, mission, and values. They will manage time effectively to ensure training, assignments, and special projects are done on time. They will also establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external CASE Industrial stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a CASE CNH trained technician
- Experience as Dealer Level Shop and Field Service Technician preferred
- Ability to safely operate all CASE Industrial Equipment at Equipmentshare locations
- Ability to travel up to 75% nationwide
