Role OverviewAs a Process technician in the Facilities team, you will be responsible for the DI/UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems and the Wastewater Treatment systems at WaferTech. You will monitor, operate, and maintain equipment daily, as well as coordinate work with engineers and contractors to ensure continuous plant operations without impacting the manufacturing process.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include operating and maintaining Facility equipment and systems related to the Ultra Pure Water (UPW) Plant and Waste Water Treatment Facility, performing daily operations, and performing Preventative Maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting on various equipment and systems.

Requirements

- Ability to read plant and equipment drawings/controls diagrams
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude/troubleshooting skills
- Hands on experience with piping, electrical, HVAC, or similar
- Experience with hand/power tools
- Technical knowledge of semiconductor wastewater treatment systems (pH neutralization, clarification, solids separation, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of semiconductor ultra-pure water systems (pumps, controls, IEX, RO, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of industrial controls systems (SCADAs, Allen Bradley PLCs, etc.)
