Role OverviewThe Equipment Technician plays an important role in maintaining the large, mixed brand equipment fleet at Bull Valley Golf Club. The technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all grounds keeping equipment and tools, as well as training equipment operators. The role requires a strong understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to the work and success of the club.
What You Will Do
The Equipment Technician will perform maintenance procedures, complete identified repairs, and train operators on the proper use of equipment. The technician will also purchase parts necessary for maintenance, maintain records, and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of light and heavy maintenance equipment and automotive apparatuses.
- Skill in the use of variety of equipment repair tools, and the making of various types of mechanical repair.
- Working knowledge of the theory, care and operation of internal combustion engines and mowing equipment.
- Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions while repairing equipment.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical troubles and determine appropriate maintenance work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain records.
