Role OverviewThe Associate Analyst on the team will focus significantly on supporting the franchise with financial modeling, generating insights, writing, and conducting investment research for asset and wealth managers, brokers, and exchanges across traditional and digital assets. The analysis will be based on company financial data, industry leading data, Bloomberg's data sets, financial models as well as issuer calls and announcements. The team will actively contribute to the team’s daily research activities, monitor and interpret major company developments, and identify macro themes and trends affecting industries.

Requirements
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus or concentration in Finance or related degree
- At least two years of financial market research or industry-specific subject matter experience
- Proficient industry knowledge of the Financials sector
- A deep understanding of advanced concepts, practices, and procedures of finance/accounting
- Solid experience performing quantitative financial analysis, with knowledge of companies, industries, financial statement analysis & modeling
- The ability to spot anomalies in financial data, think critically about what the data is telling you, and identify when something doesn't align or make sense
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of curiosity and attention to detail
- Strong organization skills and capable of handling multiple projects; an ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems, and set priorities
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- A commitment to enhancing and developing products
- Ability and willingness to integrate new technologies, including generative AI, to create an increasingly sophisticated research product with data-driven analysis
