Requirements
- Extensive experience as a sell-side Research Associate with direct ownership of company models and written research, or as a publishing/lead Research Analyst (titles may include VP or Director)
- Track record of independently covering multiple companies through several earnings cycles and maintaining comprehensive models
- Proven ability to connect business drivers to financial outcomes and valuation
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one sector (e.g., banks, insurance, biotech), with the ability to provide deep, specialist insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly
- History of performing granular earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research updates
- Experience formulating and defending investment theses and research views, with accountability for research accuracy and quality
