Role OverviewThe ERP Application Development & Support Manager serves as the primary ITS representative for ERP governance, tenant management, and long-term strategic planning. This role ensures strong coordination among ITS, Finance Information Systems (FIS), and Human Resources Business Information Systems (HRBIS) on ERP initiatives, release management, and key strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
The position oversees a small technical team and works closely with two specialized support teams. The manager leads initiatives associated with major roadmap items, guiding them through structured processes and release events to ensure smooth, effective implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree program from an accredited institution of higher education
- six (6) years of work experience in a complex enterprise computing environment, which includes at least two (2) years of work experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Possession of a driver's license valid in the State of Oregon and an acceptable driving record
- Successful completion of a criminal background and personal history check
