Role OverviewWe're looking for an ERP Business Analyst who is excited to dig into how a business operates, solve complex problems, improve processes, and help teams get more out of technology. This role will have the opportunity to be closely involved in the evolution of our ERP platform and help shape how it supports the business moving forward.
What You Will Do
As our ERP Business Analyst, you'll become a key internal resource connecting people, processes, data, and technology. You'll partner with teams across RSC to understand how work gets done today, identify opportunities to make it better, and translate business needs into practical ERP solutions.

This isn't a position where you'll simply maintain a system and respond to tickets. Requirements
- 4+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they support business operations
- Experience with business analysis, process improvement, system implementation, and/or system testing
- Experience supporting change management and the adoption of new processes or ERP functionality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements and practical solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with associates, leaders, vendors, and technical resources
