ERP Consultant Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated ERP Consultant Project Coordinator to support our Consultants on software implementation projects. The role involves initiating project templates, keeping client projects up to date, scheduling and coordinating client-facing meetings, and documenting action items and decisions made during client meetings.

What You Will Do

As an ERP Consultant Project Coordinator, you will support project teams during go-lives, collect and compile feedback from clients, and collaborate with the Consulting and Data Migration teams to ensure an organized and successful project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Maintains and demonstrates a professional yet approachable demeanor
• Excited about working in the consulting field
• High level of interest in a career path toward becoming a consultant
• Able to complete and balance a high volume of tasks
• Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience with Mac OS preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
