Job Description
Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking an ERP Reporting & Power BI Developer to support business reporting and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, extract and analyze data from ERP systems, and work with business users to gather reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for querying and managing databases
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Basic understanding of data modeling, Power Query, ETL concepts, and DAX
  • Familiarity to SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for creating and updating reports via Report Manager
  • Familiarity with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL processes and data warehouse maintenance
  • Experience with.NET C# development for web and Windows-based applications
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or operational metrics (SQDCP)
  • Basic understanding of data warehouse concepts, including data flows, staging, and dimensional modeling
  • Familiarity with BI development lifecycle — from requirements gathering through report delivery and user acceptance
  • Understanding of data quality, data governance, and best practices for maintaining reliable reporting environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communications skills – able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
