Job Description
Reagent Chemical & Research, LLC. is seeking an experienced ERP/CRM System Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing support of Datacor ERP/CRM Cloud.

Requirements

  • Configure and maintain Datacor ERP/CRM modules
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance, sales, and other teams
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system security
  • Support data migration, validation, and testing
  • Develop and maintain ERP documentation, training materials, and SOPs
  • Provide end-user support and training
  • Coordinate with Datacor support for issue resolution and feature enhancements
  • Monitor ERP/CRM performance and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with integration developers
