Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an ERP Technical Specialist, Human Capital Management to collect, interpret, and document specifications required to revise existing software and develop new software applications for all PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible business systems and/or project experience
  • 2 years of experience in developing and revising PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
  • Coding, testing, and debugging complex PeopleSoft programs using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Package, Business Interlinks, Structured Query Reporter (SQR), and COBOL
  • Ability to work in UNIX/Windows NT environments, Shell Scripting, Structured Query Language (SQL), and extensible Markup Language (XML)
  • Ability to build Boomi flows between PeopleSoft and third-party apps (preferred)
  • Dell Boomi Associate or Professional Developer certification (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical support
