Job Description
As an ERP Technical Specialist, Human Capital Management, you will collect, interpret, and document specifications for revising existing software and develop new software applications for all PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules. This position requires 5 years of business systems and/or project experience, with at least 2 years of experience in developing and revising PeopleSoft HCM modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, computer science, or other related field.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible business systems and/or project experience.
  • 2 years of experience in developing and revising all PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
  • Coding, testing and debugging complex PeopleSoft programs using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Package, Business Interlinks, Structured Query Reporter (SQR), and COBOL.
  • Creating Technical design and Specification documents for future reference, training and support.
