Job Description
The Error Resolution role is responsible for investigating discrepancies, resolving inventory issues, and accurately shipping customer orders. This position involves identifying, correcting errors, maintaining accurate records, and prioritizing tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role also requires utilizing lift equipment and operating powered equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, label, and SKU information
  • Ability to work with and maintain a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in high demand and meet deadlines
