Job Description
ERS is seeking a Deferred Compensation and Benefits Plan Account Manager, Group Benefits to perform moderately complex program management specialist work involving benefits in the Group Benefits Program (GBP) and Deferred Compensation 401(k) and 457 plan management.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Five (5) years of experience in vendor management, project management, relationship management, and/or strategy consulting.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with or administering contracts for benefit plans and/or deferred compensation plans.
  • Two (2) years of experience proofreading and/or editing complex, non-routine documents (e.g. legal or benefit documents) for multiple stakeholders.
