Role Overview

The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for the timely preparation of all escrow files and ordering all information necessary for the closing of escrow transactions. This role is part of the Financial Services Escrow Branch at D.R. Horton, Inc.

What You Will Do

Prepare and send opening letters, order title commitments, prepare receipts for funds received, and assist with administrative tasks. Monitor termite inspection requests and answer customer and real estate agent questions.

The right candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, and be able to perform tasks with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
