Role OverviewThe Escrow Assistant will be responsible for the timely preparation of all escrow files and ordering all information necessary for the closing of escrow transactions. They will assist the branch manager with administrative tasks and perform various duties such as preparing receipts, ordering title commitments, and clearing title requirements.
What You Will Do
The Escrow Assistant will perform tasks such as preparing opening letters, ordering title commitments, updating payoff/assumption statements, and preparing receipts for funds received. They will also assist the Closer/Escrow Officer with final policy disbursement and monitor termite inspection requests.

Requirements
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
