Role Overview

The Escrow Branch Manager is responsible for the effective operation of personnel, equipment, and resources to perform efficient escrow/closing functions in offices. They will supervise personnel, coordinate training, and solicit business from Realtors, lenders, builders, and sellers.

The Escrow Branch Manager will perform tasks such as supervising personnel, recruiting and hiring qualified escrow/marketing personnel, coordinating training, and supervising all aspects of branch activities.

Requirements

  • Fifth year college or university program certificate
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of real estate financing and conveyance transactions
  • Title insurance requirements, policies, and underwriting procedures
  • Accounting practices and procedures
  • Ability to supervise, direct, and control the working conduct and results of escrow personnel
  • Licensure and bonding in the work state
  • Notary public certification in the work state
