Job Description
The Escrow Closer is responsible for facilitating closings, preparing and executing documents, and ensuring compliance with sales and mortgage transactions. May provide work direction and training to other staff, and be responsible for marketing efforts and capture rates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years title closing experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Marketing and sales skills preferred
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under deadline pressure
  • High degree of integrity and self-motivation
