Role OverviewThis role is for an Escrow Officer and Settlement Agent to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing, funding, disbursement, and recording. The role is embedded inside a real estate office with direct access to producing agents, providing a built-in referral pipeline. What You Will Do
Managing a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions, reviewing title commitments, preparing title and escrow documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, conducting real estate closings independently, and developing relationships with real estate agents and loan officers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have three or more years of title and escrow officer or settlement agent experience, strong knowledge of the complete real estate closing process, and experience reviewing title commitments and resolving title issues. A Certified Notary Public is required, and a Licensed Title Insurance Agent is preferred or willingness to obtain licensing within 90 days.
