Job Description
The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is seeking an ESEA Program Specialist to provide training and support to school districts regarding the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce's data and compliance systems.
Requirements
6 years of experience in any combination of providing technical assistance/support related to federal grants, education administration, and managing business best practices and initiatives to ensure financial compliance
Ability to travel throughout the State of Ohio and secure a valid driver's license or supply own transportation
Willingness to conduct desk and onsite audits to monitor for compliance
