Role OverviewAs an ESG & Community Engagement Specialist, you will lead TSMC Arizona's ESG initiatives by driving the company's five core ESG directions, managing community partnerships, and serving as the primary liaison between the Arizona site and Taiwan HQ to ensure global alignment. This role requires close collaboration with the Taiwan ESG team, cross-region meetings, and strategic planning to develop a comprehensive community outreach strategy. You will also be responsible for mobilizing the workforce for community impact, managing logistical resources for outreach events, and maintaining detailed records of project timelines and preparing comprehensive reports for both local leadership and the Taiwan ESG organization.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving internal and external programs aligned with TSMC's 5 core ESG directions, coordinating and optimizing internal workflows to support ESG initiatives, and leading the execution of the end-to-end Annual ESG Award program. You will also engage with and maintain positive relationships with non-profit partners in Arizona, develop a comprehensive community outreach strategy, and monitor the Community Outreach budget, tracking grant disbursements and supporting the successful implementation of partner proposals.
