Role Overview

MFS is an investment management firm representing retail and institutional clients worldwide. The ESG integration strategy involves rigorous security-level analysis of financially material ESG risks and opportunities for fixed income and equity issuers. The sustainability team is part of the investment team and collaborates with other investment professionals to drive long-term outcomes for clients.

What You Will Do

Support a team of two experienced fixed income ESG analysts in utilizing general investment and fixed income expertise for security-specific and thematic ESG research. Work closely with equity and fixed income investment team members to prepare for and conduct effective issuer engagements. Enhance integration frameworks in fixed income sub asset classes such as securitized, muni, and sovereign. Communicate with clients and external parties regarding MFS' ESG research and stewardship activity.

Requirements
