Role OverviewThe Esports Assistant Coach will assist the Program Director with the daily operations of the Esports program at North Park University. The position will be during the 2026-2027 academic year. The coach will analyze performance, instruct athletes, and ensure academic success of student-athletes.
What You Will Do
Assist with all phases of competitive recruiting, build and sustain positive relationships with student-athletes, and have a working knowledge of intercollegiate Esports rules and regulations.

Requirements
- Coaching or playing experience and extensive knowledge of Esports are required.
- Able to work an untraditional work schedule (i.e. frequent nights and weekends).
- Able to lift and move athletic equipment.
- Able to travel with team, by vehicle or plane.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
