Job Description
The Estate Gardener is responsible for the comprehensive care, maintenance, and enhancement of the estate’s gardens, lawns, landscaped areas, and outdoor features.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in horticulture, landscaping, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in estate, botanical garden, or high-end residential gardening
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, soil management, and pest control
  • Extensive knowledge in pant identification
  • Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
