Job Description
Estate Planning Administrative Assistant providing administrative and client-facing coordination for estate planning professionals by scheduling client interactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely professional communication.
Requirements
Full-time position with 40 hours a week
Hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CST
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
