Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to referred clients. Deliver compassionate, knowledgeable legal counsel that helps clients achieve peace of mind.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for attorneys with 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law. Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning is preferred.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law
- Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred)
- An established private practice
- Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus)
