Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law
- Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred)
- An established private practice
- Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus)
