Job Description
Estate Planning Attorney will meet with clients for consultations, analyze estates, and draft legal documents. The Attorney will work in the Auburn office and may need to work in the Sacramento office weekly.
Requirements
Meet with prospective clients for consultations and gather necessary information
Meet with current and former clients and review changes to estate plans
Handle client engagement process and complete estate planning documents
Use Lawcus and Asana task management system
Review and explain estate plans to clients
Assess opportunities to refer clients to affiliated financial advisors
Respond to client phone calls and e-mails
Keep detailed notes of meetings and phone calls
Meet with colleagues for Attorney Meetings and Estate Planning Department Meetings
Complete additional projects as assigned
