Requirements

  • Perform all treatments on services' menu based on current certifications
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and have complete knowledge of all spa services
  • Customize treatments based on present skin condition(s)
  • Understand and use universal precautions when providing services
  • Recommend products for home use while maintaining the designated minimum service to sales ratio
  • Suggest beneficial treatments to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Maintain proper inventory and inform the Lead Therapist and/or Spa Director of product needs
