Estimating and Client Development Lead

Requirements

• Embrace and demonstrate the qualities of the TrueNorth Steel Game Changer definition
• Review plans, specifications, and bid invitations
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates
• Prepare proposals and maintain documentation
• Find and develop new opportunities in regional markets
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and owners
• Manage pipeline and quote activity in CRM
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
• Represent Construction Services at customer meetings and industry events
• Participate in pre-award meetings
• Collaborate with Construction Services General Manager
• Support continuous improvement of estimating standards and sales procedures
• Assist in future market growth opportunities
• Assist Construction Services GM with project management activities
