Role OverviewThe Estimating Engineer 2 will continue learning JE Dunn processes and tools and develop professional skills while assisting with the preparation of cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals. This position will experience many facets of the construction and estimating process in order to develop an understanding of the building process and how JE Dunn executes projects.
What You Will Do
Performs quantity survey of materials shown on project plans, reads and outlines project specifications, maintains an audit trail of the quantity survey from estimate to estimate, supports vendor/subcontractor pricing/bid solicitation and coordination, and works collaboratively with various stakeholders.
