Role OverviewAs an Estimator for Carolina Spiral, you will perform detailed sheet metal takeoffs, develop estimates, and provide technical support related to duct fabrication scope and pricing. You will work with internal mechanical estimators, the fabrication shop, and engineering to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing detailed sheet metal takeoffs, assisting in developing estimates, supporting pricing efforts, generating and interpreting reports, and providing technical support.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC or sheet metal industry
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of duct systems, airflow concepts, pressure classes, and construction methods
- Understanding of sheet metal materials and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
