Job Description
Our Client, a respected leader in commercial construction and specialty contracting, is seeking a detail-driven, experienced Division 8 Estimator to support continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing and bidding complex door, frame, and hardware packages across large-scale commercial projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience estimating Division 8 packages (doors, frames, hardware)
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction documents
  • Knowledge of hollow metal frames, wood doors, hardware sets, panic devices, and specialty hardware
  • Experience with estimating software (Comsense, Bluebeam, OST, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
