Role OverviewThis position is accountable for the preparation of estimates, takeoffs, and gathering information required for project proposals. The incumbent works closely with the project team(s) to ensure success in the bid proposal and award process.
What You Will Do
The incumbent performs quantity surveys to develop a basis for cost estimates/pricing, collects quotations, and enters data into the project management information system. They also organize estimates, quotations, and notes for final pre-bid review and lead discussion of individual bid items.

Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years estimating experience in marine construction or a related industry
- B.S. in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline (preferred)
- Familiarization with Project Estimating, Marine Construction Materials, Procurement, Construction Estimating, Scheduling, Project Tracking Software, Cost Control, Project Standards, and Safety & Environmental Compliance
