Job Description
The Cook & Boardman Group seeks an Estimator to interpret total opening requirements and use computer technology and mathematical skills in the formation of estimates for construction projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in similar construction or building material industry
  • Accurate mathematical skills
  • Blueprint/plan reading and specification interpretation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of door, frame and hardware applications as they relate to UL, fire code, building code, ADA, life safety and other restrictions that relate to the general commercial construction industry
  • Excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, deadline conscience, goal driven, and able to handle all types of scopes of projects
