Job Description
The Estimator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing estimating functions for area office operations. The role involves preparing complete conceptual estimates for assigned projects, coordinating with departments to ensure compliance with company policies, and cultivating relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Construction Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of estimating, cost control, and/or engineering experience related to similar construction
  • Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts and coordinate group work effort
