Estimator

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Estimator to analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services.

What You Will Do

Perform quantity take-offs, review Invitation to Bid, interpret architectural drawings, maintain computer databases, approve over-budget purchase orders, and assist with cost negotiations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training in the residential construction industry
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
