Role OverviewRoto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team. This is a full-time position based out of our Arizona Call Center located in Tempe, AZ.
What You Will Do
Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers. Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters. Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.

Requirements
- Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
- Insurance claims experience is required.
- Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Driver’s License.
