Job Description
We are looking for an Estimator to join our team and support the estimating function for major construction projects. The main goal of this position is to provide accurate and competitive estimates with a high probability of award.

Requirements

  • Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work.
  • Analyze project proposals to determine costs and prepare detailed estimates.
  • Communicate with project team to clarify project details.
  • Identify potential cost-saving measures and propose alternatives to clients.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
  • Collaborate with other departments and provide occasional support to project managers during the construction phase.
  • Work independently on medium and large projects.
